01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the db9999 platform — including the website at db9999.org and the db9999 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and db9999. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the db9999 platform immediately and close your account if one has been created.

02 Eligibility

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on db9999 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. This means that every game outcome is independently and randomly determined, and db9999 does not influence, adjust, or manipulate results in any way.

Each game on db9999 has its own set of rules, payout structures, and return-to-player (RTP) rates. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, db9999 will resolve the situation based on the game state recorded on our servers at the time of the fault.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

db9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own db9999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment account.

• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
• Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee after the inactivity period, as communicated to the account holder.
